That's not actually what the article said johng. Do you now see what I mean about reading medical research. The article says that 75% of the material was fatty acids. It doesn't say the other 25% is biliary sludge at all. Considering how much of the mass of normal faeces is bacteria it would not be surprising to find some bacteria in there would it?
