that is the post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy - "because of this therefore caused by this". you may firmly believe that liver flushing, whether it produces masses of green faeces or gallstones, has made you well, but time after time research has shown that treatments that seem to be effective (conventional treatments) are not.
