You clearly are not a medical doctor! What more can I say - you don't seem to understand that drinking vast quantities of olive oil does not constitute a normal diet. Are you experienced in analysing faeces? I doubt it somehow. When these objects were analysed they were microscoped and it is the microscopic structure that labelled them as faeces. Chemical analysis will never achieve that.

I find it curious that after acknowledging that these green blobs aren't Gallstones you reject the fact that they are the products of a GI tract flooded with olive oil and Epsom Salts . Clinging to a false paradigm?
