your green blobs are certainly not Gallstones for sure

of course if you have such an extreme diet (olive oil and Epsom Salts ) your faeces will not look normal. don't you think it needs an expert to examine these things? look at this article (available in medical libraries) - J Clin Gastroenterol. 1990 Apr;12(2):243.
