In the name of science... I felt some of my stones after they were thoroughly cleaned off with water. Anyone who eats a lot of eggs with 'raw' egg yolks (sunny side up, overeasy) will probably realize that the consistency is very unique. Cholesterol feels a certain way.

The stones felt blatantly like cholesterol.

I'm considering having mine sent in and tested as well, since I am quite the skeptic myself.
