so far i've always used the "clark" formula of Epsom Salts and olive oil... on the heading at the top of the page... there is a blue bar at the bottom... click on "dr.clark" and you will open a page that will lead you to an assortment of various flushes... the most popular seems to be the one with the four doses of Epsom Salts and extra virgin olive oil... that's the one i chose...

it is a bit of an ordeal but the benefits far out way any discomfort or inconvenience...

since you are ready to take responsibility for your own health it might prove benefitial for you to browse around... do a lot of reading... ask questions... and don't do anything until you feel comfortable with what you doing... the point is that you are going to become your own doctor... you are going to make your own discoveries based on how much you learn here of course... and it's really very exciting i think to discover ways to heal yourself that you never before knew existed... and to find wonderful people that are very knowledgeable and most helpful... especially "ask shelly" and "ask andreas" forums...

i looked around for a long time before finally taking the plunge... and to be truthful i really didn't have any hope of it working... and wasn't at all sure that it wasn't all a big joke... but my Psoriasis was to the point of being unbearable and i was willing to do anything... and it worked... like nothing before ever has... seems i always feel better after a flush and seems i alway look forward to doing the next one... but a word of caution... you should only flush every two weeks... but it is not advisable to do more than 4 flushes without taking a longer break... i backed off from doing them every two weeks to doing one every month... which gives the liver time to recoop a bit...

anyhow... the idea is "educating instead of medicating"... and i really like that idea... so... it's time for you to go to work... and do your homework... you have a very special patient to take care of... lol...
