Well, I'm not sure human behavior would qualify as art, however there is performance art, many times not pretty, and there is film. I've seen a lot of art in museums that were horrifying, violent, disgusting, hateful, etc.

So, in answer to your question, I'd say that yes, it is art.

I'd have to see your brothers dancing before I answer the other thing.
