Well, I've been experimenting like a crazy person, and I've come up with some new techniques in the world of glass and precious metal clay.
I've started melting the clay into the glass, and it's holding wonderfully. Hard to tell what the kiln will do to it though, I'm still surprised each time (not always pleasantly). I'm shocked at how easily the embedding to silver is to glass. It sinks into the molten glass, and then is grabbed as it hardens. So cool.
I call one "curtains" from a series I'm working on. Gotta put a moon in those curtains...really!
Thought I'd share. I put these on ebay, and I bet I didn't ask for enough dough! Oh well, shouldn't list when I've had a glass of wine....
