Excellent! Thankyou. So wise. I can see how I could fall into that trap a little if I'm not careful - mainly because sometimes I feel I sort of detatch myself a bit when I'm talking about something quite personal. I don't know if it's a desire to give the person the confidence that I'm out of that particular problem and so can help them get out of it, or if it's because I sometimes still hide from my emotions a bit, or if it's just a subconscious desire to sound superior! Well whatever the reason, being aware of it is the important thing. Thanks x
