Hi Amyjay! Again ! lol! Im sorry I keep askin you so many question , but its the only way I know how to help you ! I asked if you are on any drugs because the only time I ever was a cutter was when i was on them ! Is it possible for you to consider getting off these meds? I would bet if you straighten out your diet and give up all that Sugar and junk food your Depression would be minimised ! It worked for me! I found out i was allergic to refined carbohydrates like bread and pasta and Sugar products ! And worse of all Diet sodas ! I hope you dont drink them cause they cause terrible thing to happen to your nervous system! How old are you ? Do you live with anyone?
