ya i'm wondering about it too. it's hard to know when you've stopped completely. the last time i scratched myself was a week and a half ago and i'm hoping i never do it again...but i can't be sure about it. once you start, it's incredibly hard to stop. my friend was asking me today if cutting can become an addiction. i said, ya if you start doing it often, kinda like people who smoke or have eating disorders. am i addicted? it's hard to tell, isn't it? i feel the urge a lot but usually i can resist i think.
