this is a support forum... yes fixing the problem is the final goal... but being comfortable with what's wrong is a very good start to being able to talk to people about it and FIXING IT.... I'm tired of people on this website who don't understand the meaning of support... I'm tired of jerks who think they have all the answers and put others down because THEY know the RIGHT way to do everything.... get over yourself and realize that we're all here to help eachother and get help ourselves...
