Hello, I'm also a self harmer and am willing to help if at all possible. For a little bit of background, my name is Kate, and I'm 20. I've been cutting since I was around twelve but have about three weeks cut free. 8-) It's a hard road, but it is worth it.
Do you have any 'real' in person supports to help you with this? For me, it takes that to really get better. But, I'm always here to listen also.
