I work part-time and my immune system and stamina are improving!!!

I transitioned to a 80% raw diet about 9 months ago, and am now experimenting with 100%. My expectation is more and more improvement, and my goal is optimal health on all levels.

I need to say that much inner, emotional work needed to be done, along with the physical....
