I don't buy this. Emotional problems can affect you physically, but also Physiological problems can affect you emotionally. It's a door that swings both ways. I've also done some emotional healing lately but it isn't the final answer.

What I don't understand is how some people can live so problem free but the rest of us are down in the dumps all the time because of health problems. And I don't buy the genetics thing either.

The meditation thing it helps though. It alows you to get in tune with yourself. Maybe because there is more to ourselves than just the physical self. If there were some kind of supernatural healing though I could use some now though.
