Wow, we truly are on the same page...... I use I AM all the time!!! Have you read the I AM Discourses, published by St. Germain Press? That book got me started using I AM 8 or so years ago and have been ever since. It is very powerful and any word that you put after "I AM" in sequence has creative energy. (so we need to be careful about saying things like "I AM sick and tired of......etc.) only use positive phrases after I AM, using phrases that you would like to manifest in your life....
