Dear Tom,

No, I don't think you're going too
deep at all. And neither does your
immune system. It sounds to me like
your body is healing itself of some
longtime problems -- your shoulder,
your jaw, and now your heart -- during the extra 45 minutes or so
you're spending each day in delta
zone. I wouldn't worry about those
electrial impulses you feel around
your heart. My intuition tells me
that in a few weeks, those odd
sensations will disappear, just like
the shoulder ache and the misaligned
jaw.

Your body is healing itself of some
longstanding problems. I think that's terrific! You say affirmations every day, Tom, some of
which probably have to do with
healing. I think your body has taken
those instructions (affirmations)
you give it, and is using them,
together with the time you spend in
healing delta zone, to fix a lot
of nagging problems. After the heart
impulses disappear, your immune
system will move on to another part
that needs some TLC.

Our bodies do their very best healing during that 90 minutes or so
of dreamless sleep that occurs
normally right after we go to bed.
You, and all the people who use
Holosync or Insight CDs, are giving
your body an additional 45 minutes
or so in that deep healing zone.
I consider that vitally important to
good health. And, yes, I think the
mantra helps. I say several mantras
while listening to Holosyc, one of
which (a comparitively long one) is
considered THE most effective Sanskrit healing mantra. It's four
lines, has internal rhymes, and takes 15 seconds to say.

Of course, you have to trust your
own intuition, and not mine. But if
anything I said resonates with you,
then you're probably on the Healing
Path.

Keep us posted on the "refurbishing"
that your body seems to be doing
while you listen to the Insight CD.
Your experience and your insights
will probably help a lot of people.
