This is a powerful message. Even small spreading can have a very big effect. Years ago I had read something about spreading cheer. One morning I was going into a convience store and a woman that was extremely fat was approaching. She had to be well over 300 pounds. By then I had been experimenting with compliments. I held the door for her and when she passed by I said (truthfully), "Ma'am, I do not know what fragrance you are wearing, but it is a heavenly aroma, uuummm!!!" Well there was a definite difference in the way she walked coming into the store and when she left. I like to think that I helped her have a good day. The incidence certainly helped me have a good one.

Good to have you back. You have been missed and needed.
