I know that you can't answer for sure but I was reading about the Holosync and the Insight Focus a few post down...And well I value your opinion on this site.

I've was on anti depressants for years and now am off of them...still struggling with lots of things...one of them sleep and positive attitude..

You see I think part of my problem with Depression was due to 8 years of Antibiotic use during teens and twenties although childhood was no piece of cake either...

But I was lead down a path I with I hadn't taken with the anti depressants and they almost killed me...

I've took 6 months to wean off of them...have been off of them completely for 7 months... Have taken my health in my own hands... diet changes and seeing a natural doc...

I can't begin to tell you all the things that these drugs disrupt in the body...and spirit...

Anyway do you think something like the two things you mentioned would be helpful for someone like me... Of course the Insight would be more in my price range...

And any other advice you give I will indeed take with an open heart...

I'm drinking lots of water, supplements, eating healthy, rebounding, taking milk thistle, and seeing a natural doctor tomorrow...Oh, and I've taken out sugar, grains, dairy for the most part and most processed foods..although I have cheated on occasion...but I'm getting better...but need some recipes.
