joy is the by-product of recognizing how wonderful... how perfect... how exhilarating life really is... joy for me is not in the getting... but in the letting go...
when i allow others the right to be wrong i find freedom... therefore... joy... for me... only occurs when i find those moments of freedom from the bondage of "self"...

mr. rogers was right... "it is a wonderful day in the neighborhood boys and girls"... it really is...
