I don't think Jesus was or is an angel.Not in the way we think of angels.

1Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall decend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel...

Daniel 12:12 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince ...

Both are in the context of the second coming.

The devil is called the god of this world and the king of tyre I don't think that means he isn't an angel though.
