Beej, you'll have to make that decision one day- but some people have actually been LED to make this step. It's a personal decision.

Nuts arnt going to cure you of mercury toxicity-but they will give you selenium that is especially needed when a person is mercury toxic. They are slow chelators also--but you have to get the fillings replaced first.
