Only those who at one point in their life placed faith alone in Christ alone and were placed by God The Father "In Christ".  

1Co 1:30  But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption,

Salvation is not based on our faithfulness, but on Christ's faithfulness.
