hi,
i will try to answer this as quickly as i can.this may not be a complete answer to your satisfaction, but it is the best that i can do for now.please remember that i am slow at this but i shall do my best.
as for as i know there is no one scripture that says salvation is a continual on going process.you have to go by the examples given through out the bible. remember here a little and there a little,line upon line and precept upon precept.
i know what i say here will cause contention among some people and they are intitled to there opinion,i will not argue with anyone,that is not my purpose.
isa.45:17 israel shall be (remember,shall be is future,i don't know how to underline for enphisis or i would,i hope you understand.)saved by the lord with an everlasting salvation.(everlasting means that when you are saved it will be forever.you will then be spirit'i don't think any christian now is spirit,however we should have the holy spirit in us.)you shall not be ashamed or disgraced for ever and ever.

isa.56:1 thus says the lord: keep justice,and do righteousness,for my salvation
is about to come,(about to come, means that it is not here yet) and my righteousness to be revealed.

isa. 60:18 last part, but you shall call your walls salvation,and your gates praise. your walls will save you ,when attack you will be saved by your walls.

acts 4:12 nor is there salvation in any other.for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (notice it does not which are saved,because you are not saved yet.)

rom. 13:11 and do this,knowing the time,that now it is high time to awake out of sleep;for now our salvation is nearer (not here yet)than when we first believed.

now go back and read,:8-10 and then :12-14 and you will plainly see that this does recuire action on the part of the believer.

i find it hard to love some people,but i must try.daily i must repent of my thoughts and deeds.
