It seems as though if somebody truly has faith & wants more than anything to follow Jesus, then repentance would be a part of it; I know when I might say something I regret to somebody for example, I will feel bad or guilty, & try to make amends to that person, & ask God for forgiveness, & His help in helping me to be a kinder person, & help me to watch what I say. It seems as though they would go hand in hand.
