sir, this person is searching for relief from anxiety and depression. the least you could do, if you dont know what you are talking about, is refrain from responding. i have been there with deepest Depression and anxiety and i know what it is like to have people pull you this way and that and i know what will relieve this condition.

may i suggest that you do as the mission of this website suggests and freely educate yourself at the fasting and barefoot herbalist forums. there is room for you there, i am sure.
