Oh! I wasn't implying that you were persecuting me, I was trying to say, - I am not being cursed for believing God's leading in my life. My family is very blessed, far more then we deserve. We are persecuted for believing in the Lord Jesus, just as other Christians are.

The word "scriptures" in the greek means literally "writings" or "words". It doesn't mean the bible or the Torah or sacred writings etc. I would encourage you to dig deeper!

By the way, I don't mean to come off like I am trying to prove the bible wrong or that I am doubting God's hand in the Word - I am just not going to keep making the same mistakes we have been making for generations. If you can give me good evidence that the book of Revelation was written by John the Apostle, I'd sure like to see it! I am open minded about this, but I'm really not interested in condemnation without evidence.

There will always be those who are full of false teachings who believe in the bible and believe they know how to interpret it! I really don't want to be one of them.
