Hi
I am a strong christian now since I have studied the Bible a lot and
I am going to a very good Church.

But in he pass I was more into the flexible tolerant mood, and I have
paid with a lot of pain an troubles.
I really recommend to any christian and indeed to
every person, to stay away of any kind of practice related to new age and
spiritual practices as zen, chakras etc.
