The book "Back to Eden" was written by a God fearing man named Jethro Kloss back in 1939. He would agree with most of what you see here.

pg 216(cayenne)"Red pepper is one of the most wonderful herb medicines we have."

pg 662 "The orange is one of nature's finest gifts to man."

pg 664 Orange Cleansing Diet. " Drink from five to eight glasses of orange juice daily."

He has many good things to say about lemons.

He also has a flush.
