Greetings EV,
The law was fulfilled with Christ, yes, the ceremonial law. This did not include the Ten Commandments, but the types and symbols that pointed to Jesus Christ.
Col 2:14-17 - This used most commonly to say that it was all done away with, but study these scriptures. Sabbath days were not the Seventh day Sabbath the ceremonial Sabbaths i.e.. Feast of Tabernacles, Feast of Unleavened Bread and so on. These were done away with at the cross. If you remember after Christ was crucified, the Vail that separated the Holy from the Holy was torn in two. Jews to this day still no longer sacrifice animals according to the old laws "which are a shadow of things to come." The law (Ten Commandments) have been around since the beginning for they are the attributes of God and will be around for eternity.
Question 1- Sabbatarian; One who keeps the seventh day Sabbath.
Question 2- Christ paid it all for each and everyone of us yes. This however does not cover for willing violating His commandments after they are made know to us what is right and wrong. Hebrews 10:26 , 6:5,6, Hosea 4:6
