I pray in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ that you, me and everyone would gain the strength and knowledge that is necessary to live a healthy lifestyle. Lord protect us from the lies of the common industry that promote junk food, and un-healthy lifestyle choices. Not only have us take control of our lives, Father God I ask that you give us the love and grace that is necessary to teach others. Heavenly Father I pray and ask for your healing touch to destroy ailments such as achy joints and edema, and give us the wisdom to make the necessary diet changes. I thank you for your Grace and Love that makes all this possible. AMEN.
