Take a break, Beej and Toonces. MH has helped me an awful lot by email, and things are going easier. I was able to sleep 7 hours last night after a steam shower (sitz bath) and fish oil.

I'm still on relaxing medication, and the acidic taste is still there, but I'm on my way to recovery. No more sleep pills, and I've dropped vitamins, because I'm getting all I need through my diet.

Very good news, please pass it on to your churches and Elders. Still 7 more days of these difficulties - but all things work together for good for the glory of God for those who are in Christ Jesus.
