APOLLO, i am praying for you hun. you will feel better, but you do need rest. also, you need some very light exercise. maybe some light stretches. keep moving around, or you will have more soreness. eat good foods, drink juices. also, watch a very funny movie, i know that might sound silly, but laughter really works. you may even want to call a close friend or family member, just to vent a bit. god bless, liz
