I just completed a 10 day modified Master Cleanse hoping to reap some spiritual benefits and get closer to Yahweh, but I was not as satisfied spiritually with this type of fasting as I had hoped. I did experience some beneficial physical results however. Did you just drink water during your fast?

I have been praying to find a spirit-filled group of people that regularly promotes prayer and fasting in my area, but have not realized an answer to that prayer just yet.

Have you read any of Derek Prince's books on prayer and fasting? There is so much Yeshua could use us for if we would humble ourselves in prayer and fasting on a regular basis. I really need some Christian buddies to keep me inspired in this area. Thanks for the inspiration.
