i know some here see our body as a spiritual temple, but for me, when it comes to food, i look at my body as a machine. with the proper chemicals it will work as it is supposed to. with anything my body cannot use, then that should not be ingested. any mechanic's job is to make the machine work properly and run more efficient if possible. so i am my own mechanic, and i ask the maker of this machine for inspiration and help on how to fix this body and keep it working in good order. meanwhile, my spirit has a better chance to live longer on this earth and grow.
