I was told to use Sendodyne also. It was a joke. I think the best thing that any one can do is to avoid even going to the dentist unless it is for an extraction and then we still have to make sure that they know how to do it correctly. The periodontal ligament must be removed. If not, it will just cause infection in the jaw bone, which is called cavitation. Make sure you ask plenty of questions before you let a dentist into your mouth !
