For many years now whenever there is too much bass in music (car, home stereo, bands, concerts, anything) my eardrum (usually only right side) pulsates very strongly along with it. Sometimes it will even start drumming intensely on it's own when I am lying in bed (no music, tv or anything on). It doesn't appear that I have any major problems other than that (can hear fine, no pain when not pulsating, no clogged feeling), but it truly drives me nuts and sometimes it hurts when it does this. Would ear coning be beneficial to this? I have never really even contemplated this treatment, but just saw it in the forums. Thanks in advance for any input on this.
