I was wondering, my ears no longer seem to make wax BUT ITCH like mad most of the time. I try to clean with sesame oil regularly (on a swab) but that only goes so far and knowing the ears are so delicate caution prevails. I also have tinnitus.

Are candles/cones an option for me?
