I'm really curious about this... i was just getting ready to start building a sauna in my basement when i saw this post. I think i saw somewhere else that a doctor wilson recommends red infrared bulds, not far-infrared, for saunas becauses he believes the effects are much more beneficial. in light of the confusion, i'm not sure what to do.
