I came across a message from Mental Nomad re using castor oil in the FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) sauna.. which is what I was thinking of trying.. to replace the hot pack by simply smearing caster oil on abdomen and sitting in sauna.
Did you ever try it nm?
