I have read here the link that says do NOT shower immediately after a session. I have also read that one SHOULD shower immediately after to clean the toxins released through the skin so they are not re-absorbed.

Obviously this issue has some controversy. Can anyone please help me understand the pros and cons on both sides of the issue? And also how long before or after should one shower?
