Hi... I have 14 Amalgams and will be getting them replaced. I am thinking about a fir sauna for detoxing and a question came to mind specifically about mercury detoxing. If mercury can be breathed in through vapors and you sweat it out... where does it go after it comes out of you . I mean would your sauna be contaminated with day after day of mercury laden sweat and can my husband get in the unit after me or would he be breathing mercury vapors? some people say not to even shower after the sauna because the vapors are on you. How do you get this out of the sauna itself so you won't keep getting it back inot you system?
