I would love to go to the Sauna in my gym but unable to, because of my High Blood Pressure. I do not know anything about Infrared Saunas and wonder if they are OK to use with this condition. Could anyone please advise the best path to take for someone with HBP to get a good sweat on. I do brisk walking that produces some sweating and occasionally rebound, but as I suffer from Fibro and ME sometimes I cannot exercise.
