Hi, Jim, thanks for your concern. :) I think I am a bit low on zinc, I have noticed some white spots on my fingernails. But I doubt the emotionism is from the FIR. Some days I am just missing my three week old baby I lost in December so much, and that was one of those days. Just cried off and on for two days, and I was too sensitive. But you are right, three days and things seem to get better. :) Thanks again Jim :) Caitlin Lorraine
