Hey, I love my IR Sauna too. I built it from parts for about $500.

Those elements are hard to find, I needed a friend to get them... sorry, can't get more.

I built a aluminum cage, and bolted the emitters onto it, and it sits one just fine. My whole body, yes, head too.

it does de-tox one's body, I am sure. Others who have tried it like it, and one said it took her hip pain away.


So there we are! in our Infra red saunas!!
