Doesn't the sauna (FIR) exclude your head from the FIR?

If so, is your head NOT benefitting even though the rest of your body is? (although I'm sure the fact that most of your body is benefiting is better than nothing which is where I'm at).

Who has the best prices and quality?

I tend to believe what I read on the internet (the ads) and the comparison charts, but the comparison charts(with no ads) could be sponsored by the best performing product on the chart. (I wondered this when looking at a water filter comparison. Should I use Aqua Sana, Distilled, Alkaline, or the Wellness Filter for drinking Water?)

I need light shed all areas.
