SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) are supposed to be done in the morning - on an empty stomach-
something to do with flushing the system of it's toxins...

At night- whatever nutrients that are still in your alimentary canal- will be flushed away from the the SW...

....but, I suppose if you feel fine- and it's working for you...
