I read what you posted regarding mucoid plaque...i think that is great that you passed mp.... now i would like to incorporate pb shakes w/ The Master Cleanse would you let me know exactly what i would need to buy as well as how to mix them and when to take them ...just the entire process that you go through ..if you don't mind..i would greatly appreciate it..
