I'm off to the market for some mint tea and baking soda. I've been limiting my tea drinking to the herbal laxative and fasting varieties but perhaps it is time to branch out. Actually, I have just been reading The Master Cleanse book and it indicates that when the tongue is pink and clean again the detox has worked. Interesting idea.
