I just read on the "Bowel Cleansing Forum" archives that Herbal Laxatives should only be used for 7-10 days. Used any longer they weaken the colon and make you dependant on them.

I'm hoping there are people out there who have completed the traditional Master Cleanse fast - for more than 10 days - who haven't had these problems. If so I'd like to hear from you.

I'm on Day-12 and thinking of quiting for the above reason.
But I don't want to.
